(b) Find the range and standard deviation.

(c) Create a grouped distribution for it with five groups.

(d) Draw a stem-and-leaf plot for it.

(e) Find the z-score of 51.

(f) Find the quartiles.

2. A poll of 600 people was taken on people’s favorite ice cream flavor. Suppose the pollstsers
reported 35% of those surveyed said their favorite flavor was “chocolate”. Assuming the data
is normally distributed, what range of percentages chose “chocolate”?
